Aids in in whooping-cough, and coughs of measles and phthisis. Reduces respiratory symptoms, dry, tickling cough, oppressed breathing with fever.
Usage/Directions
Take 3-5 drops 2-3 times in a day or, as directed by the physician.
Symptoms/Indications
Mind – Confusion of many thoughts. Confusion of ideas especially at morning.
Head – Severe headache in morning on waking. Dullness in anterior part of brain. Head feels full of blood. Intermittent headache. Pricking pain in forehead.
Eyes – Eyes dull and sore. Heaviness in eyes.
Nose – Severe mucus in nose. Thin discharge of mucus from nose.
Mouth – Taste of drug disgusting from mouth. Increased salivation. Whole mucus tract sensitive.
Throat – Irritation of pharynx and trachea causing dry cough. Sharp pain through uvula causing tears to start. Increased mucus in throat. Constantly trying to clear the mucus from throat. Throat irritated all the way down; as if scalded.
Stomach – Great thirst. Hiccough most of time.
Abdomen – Rises with griping pains in abdomen and headache. Colicky pain in abdomen all the day.
Stool – Stool delayed several days. Stool hard, covered with mucus later bowels moved freely. Severe costive each stool followed by several drops of dark blood. Bearing down sensation as if bowel would prolapse by its own weight.
Urinary Organs – Uneasiness in region of kidneys and urinary tract. Urine too profuse. tenderness after urinating.
Respiratory Organs – Incessant dry, hacking cough. Seems as if trachea was loaded with impurities after eating.Dyspnoea better in fresh air. Great dryness of trachea causing him to clear throat of some foreign substance . Irritation of pharynx and trachea causing short, hacking cough with accumulation of mucus which must be expectorated.
Heart – Pulse slow and irregular leads to full and rapid.
Neck – Neck stiff and cramps in sterno mastoid muscles. Better by heat and rubbing with the cough.
Sleep – On waking in morning felt as if he had not been asleep.
